Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 8, 2026

This is a translation provided for convenience. If there is any difference between this version and the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Acceptance

By using this site (curvio.agency) or the Curvio booking platform (app.curvio.agency, book.curvio.agency, the Curvio Booking app for iPhone or the site of any business that uses it), you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who we are

Curvio is a digital presence agency: it builds and looks after websites and works on how businesses rank in search engines, maps and artificial intelligence assistants. It is also the operator of Curvio, its own booking system for businesses that work by appointment: one bookable resource (a person, a room or a space) at a time.

3. The booking service, for client businesses

  • Curvio lets a business manage its availability, services, team and appointments from its own portal.
  • The business is responsible for the accuracy of its information (hours, prices, cancellation policies) and for its direct relationship with its own customers.
  • Automatic email notifications are informational; the business remains responsible for confirming critical details with its customers.
  • The date-hold mode (when active) does not block the time slot exclusively until the business confirms the booking (see the details in the booking flow itself).

4. The Curvio Booking app for iPhone

  • The business portal can also be used from the Curvio Booking app for iPhone, which carries the calendar. What these terms say about the portal also applies to the app.
  • Nothing is purchased or paid for inside the app, and no prices are shown in it.
  • Phone notifications are a convenience: they may be delayed or not arrive for reasons outside Curvio’s control. The calendar is always the source of truth.
  • Offline, the app shows a read-only copy of what it last saw; it may be out of date, and nothing can be booked or changed from it.
  • The app is downloaded from the App Store. Apple is not a party to these terms, does not provide the service and gives no support or warranty for the app; any claim about the app is with Curvio.

5. Booking an appointment, for a business’s end customers

  • By booking, you agree to receive notifications about your appointment by email: only transactional messages about your own appointment.
  • Cancellation, deposit and rescheduling policies are set by each business, not by Curvio.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the site or the platform for unlawful purposes, to send spam, to impersonate another person or business, or to try to breach its security.

7. Intellectual property

The design, code and content of this site and of the Curvio platform belong to their operators, except for each client business’s own content (its brand, photos and texts).

8. Availability and limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the last-updated date always appears at the top of this page. See also our Privacy Notice.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
